Henning’s Wisconsin Cheese is introducing a trio of infused cheese products that blend different kinds of cheddar with additional ingredients.
The brand is now making Bacon and Golden Fenugreek cheese products, which feature pieces of slow-cured bacon in yellow cheddar and fenugreek seeds in white cheddar cheese, respectively. Additionally, Henning’s Wisconsin Cheese is also launching a third kind of infused cheese called Dragon's Breath, which introduces a base of cheddar that is embedded with "fire-breathing" hot peppers for a spicy kick.
Many cheese producers across the food industry are now infusing their products with everything from meat and vegetables to spices, offering unique remixes on some of the favorite flavors that consumers have become familiar with enjoying.
