Hopster is a tonic-like non-alcoholic drink that boasts a simple formula of mineral water from the Kondrauer Gerwig spring, plus hops, tea and lemon flavors. The unique alcohol-free beverage is made with four types of hops from Bavaria’s Hallertau region—the largest hop-growing area in the world. Although the ingredient list of Hopster is seemingly simple, thanks to the inclusion of these different hops, the beverage is said to have notes of rose, ginger, lychee, pineapple, lilac, elderflower and plum. While the beverage is bottled so that it's ready to consume on its own, it also has the potential to be used as a flavorful, full-bodied mixer due to its balanced mineral content.
As an alternative to alcoholic beverages, many consumers are turning to refreshing alcohol-free options with hop-forward flavors.
