Christmas Assassination Missions

Hitman's Holiday Hoarders Mission is a Special Christmas Release

Hitman, the popular strategic first-person shooting video game, is releasing a special holiday mission called 'Holiday Hoarders' this season. Though perhaps an unlikely -- read, violent -- candidate for something as maudlin as a holiday special, Hitman's Holiday Hoarders mission stays true to the sentiments of a joyous Noel.

In the holiday mission, Agent 47, the dark protagonist of the series, is assigned to take out a pair of criminals in Paris. Beyond average pilferers, these thieves are truly malevolent: their modus operandus is to steal Christmas presents from people attending a Christmas gala. Playing the Cindy Lou Who to these Grinches, Agent 47 spreads the Christmas spirit the only way he knows how: with bullets.

The special mission will be available as a free download for anyone who owns Hitman, but Square Enix, the company behind the game, is encouraging players to donate to the World Cancer Research Foundation with their download.
