Dude Foods Fuses Together Grilled Cheese Sandwiches With Tomato Soup

Food blogger Nick from Dude Foods recently combined two of the most desirable meals together by creating these deep fried grilled cheese balls filled with a burst of tomato soup. These cheesy balls are super easy to make and with some prep can be made easily at home.

While cake pop moulds are often used for creating sweet treats, Nick found a way to repurpose them to create these delicious grilled cheese balls. The recipe begins by freezing tomato soup inside the cake pop moulds so that they come out in little rounds. Then cover the frozen soup balls in a layer bread, cheese then more bread and deep fry them to replicate the grilled taste of grilled cheese. As you deep fry the cheese balls, the frozen soup cube will melt reverting back to warm tomato soup.
