Gluten-Free Pizza Partnerships

Pizza Hut and Udi Released Gluten Intolerance Group-Certified Pies

Thanks to a new partnership with Boulder Brands, Pizza Hut will now be offering gluten-free pizza. A division of Boulder Brands, Udi's, is the top gluten-free brand in North America, where as Pizza Hut is the largest pizza company in the world. This is great news for customers with dietary restrictions.

Pizza Hut is the first major pizza restaurant chain with processes approved by the Gluten Intolerance Group. They collaborated with Pizza Hut to create customized procedures for pizza preparation. Each restaurant will have a Gluten-Free Kit where ingredients will be kept. Team members will also wear gloves when making the gluten-free pizza, which will be baked on parchment paper and cut with a separate tool.

Select stores across the United States will carry the pies with Udi's gluten-free crust.
