In what looks more like images out of an animated move rather than a location in the real world, Shaun Jeffers captures the ethereal beauty in New Zealand with his glow worm photography.
The photos were taken in an underground cave in New Zealand called the Ruakuri Cave. Contrary to what our eyes may tell us, the beautiful blue lights and illuminations that can be seen in this photography series are not electronic but are actually being emitted from glow worms. The photos certainly put an end to the common belief that all insects are off-putting.
