Ginjan Introduces a Traditional West African Beverage to the US

At the Summer Fancy Food Show, Ginjan offered a look at how it is revitalizing a traditional 1,000-year-old West African beverage recipe and breaking into the United States market.

The organic, non-GMO cold-pressed beverage is made with a high-quality combination of ginger, pineapple, lemon, vanilla, anise and cane sugar. The versatile product is sold in a ready-to-drink bottled format, although it may be consumed hot, mixed into cocktails or combined with milk to make a flavorful latte. Due to the way the product is processed with HPP, the nutritional value of the organic ingredients in Ginjan are maintained.

Consumers who are looking to further explore the nuances of Middle Eastern cuisine are now showing an interest in unique flavors from West Africa.
