Low-ABV Gin Alternatives

Spirit of Bermondsey's Trinity25 is a Light Gin Alternative

London's Spirit of Bermondsey created Trinity25, a light and low-ABV gin alternative that boasts an infusion of cardamom, coriander and black pepper to add a zesty, slightly spiced flavor. When it came to developing this new product Nick Johnson, the founder of Spirit of Bermondsey, set out to make something different where the included botanicals wouldn't be "fighting for attention" or overpowered by a product with a high-alcohol base.

The light and elegant alternative to gin is flavor-forward and appeals to those who enjoy the taste of spiced spirits. The small-batch, distilled English grain spirit is cold infused with juniper and gets its name from the trio of botanicals that give it a unique taste. Trinity25 is packaged in a 19th century-inspired apothecary bottle with a pearlescent label.
