— May 27, 2026 — Lifestyle
GHOST Energy Sticks are arriving on the heels of the brand's successful GHOST Energy Drink to offer consumers a convenient way to boost their alertness throughout the day, before working out and beyond.

The product features the same core formula as the brand's canned energy drinks and features 200mg of natural caffeine with 1,000mg each of L-Carnitine and taurine alongside 150mg of Alpha-GPC and 100mg of NeuroFactor. The drink mix sticks have zero grams of sugar per serving and five-calories, while also being vegan-friendly, soy-free and gluten-free. The mixes will come in four flavors including Welch's Grape, Sour Pink Lemonade, Warheads Sour Watermelon and Orange Cream, which each have a non-carbonated profile when mixed.

GHOST Energy Sticks are available now as a Target exclusive ahead of an online launch on June 1, 2026 and wider retail availability.
