Using the app, you're able to easily manage emails, which is extremely handy if different departments like support, contact, or info have different email addresses assigned to them. Before sending out responses, Front even lets you consult other coworkers prior to sending out an email.
Front app's co-founder and CEO Mathilde Collin describes the app like "An online receptionist." On top of being able to manage multiple company email accounts, the app supports Twitter and has plans to introduce more channels in the future.
