Sudden Coffee's Freeze-Dried Instant Coffee Offers a High Quality Flavor

As a former barista and a competitor at the World Barista Championship, Kalle Freese hopes to improve the world of instant coffee with his own freeze-dried instant coffee creation.

Freese's newest venture is Sudden Coffee, which produces $6 vials of coffee that is brewed to a specific extraction rate. While there has been some outrage over the high price of this small instant coffee packet, Sudden Coffee uses only the highest quality coffee to begin with in order to create a better end product. With further development, Freese envisions that there will be room to offer the small instant coffee vials at a more affordable price.

To prepare the freeze-dried instant coffee, it only needs to be combined with hot water. With the introduction of this product, Freese says: "One of my big dreams is that this will kill cold brew."
