The Four Pillars El Cuatro gin has been introduced by the Australia-based distillery as a Mexican-inspired spirit perfect for use in Margaritas and additional cocktails that call for agave-based spirits. The gin boasts an aromatic profile with habanero chilies, agave nectar, oregano, finger lime and bitter orange peel, which gives it a complex taste that will work well in Margaritas and Cantaritos cocktails. The spirit was developed with the help of the El Primo Sanchez cocktail bar in Sydney to get the expression just right.
The distillery commented on the Four Pillars El Cuatro gin saying, "Get ready to say adios to Tequila and hola to El Cuatro, because the Margarita has a new friend in town. We played around with bold combinations of key flavours until we found a gin that worked as well in a G&T as a spicy gin Marg."
