In an attempt to better showcase its food transparency, Panera Bread has released a six-episode weekly digital video series called 'Food Interrupted.' Created alongside Participant Media’s SoulPancake, ACE Content and the Huffington Post, the new series will feature leaders in the food industry as they meet and interact with people who have dedicated themselves to changing America's food system. The current list of hosts includes Marcus Samuelsson, Hannah Hart, Sam Talbot, Kevin Curry, Chris Cosentino and Rainn Wilson.
According to Panera Bread's vice president of marketing, Scott Nelson, the Food Interrupted series wants to show healthy and environmentally friendly food can be available for everyone. Nelson also states that “In this series, we not only leverage our own brand voice to amplify these issues, but also provide a platform to empower other amazing talent."
