Füm is a contemporary Italian restaurant located in West Midtown Atlanta. Designed by Arcturis, Square Feet Studio, Grassfed Culture Hospitality, and HAND Studio, the interior draws from the layout of an open piazza with circulation centered around a large communal space. The restaurant includes a pasta maker’s room, wine station, dry-aged meat chamber, DJ booth, and a wood-fired open hearth beside the show kitchen.
Curved plaster soffits wrap overhead surfaces and structural columns throughout the dining room. Hand-finished limewash walls appear alongside walnut millwork, blackened metal detailing, brass accents, and Ceppo Rosso marble surfaces. Paprika-toned ceiling insets, pistachio green shelving, terrazzo counters, and red upholstered seating extend across the bar and dining areas. Füm includes a 150-seat dining room in West Midtown Atlanta.
