Casio has released two new G-SHOCK collaboration watches — the GM-S5600XG and the GMA-S110XG — which were created in partnership with the seven-member global hip hop and R&B group XG.
The GM-S5600XG model takes the classic square design of the original shock-resistant watch and adds a rainbow vapor-deposited crystal that shifts colors depending on the viewing angle. This is paired with a black band and bezel for a look that stands out without being overwhelming for daily wear. The GMA-S110XG model, on the other hand, uses a vivid pink band created through a marbling technique that mixes different colored resins. This gives each watch a unique pattern reminiscent of 1990s R&B energy, along with a polarized dial that also changes color as the wrist moves.
