The Dandelion Farm located in Korea features a unique wooden frame construction put together by the team at Archihood WXY as a way to utilize the exterior plantation's edifice to mirror the herbal remedies produced within. The facility houses a flower production space as well as a cafe and terraces for communal use.
The structure of the farm is incredibly simple utilizing only natural materials such as stone, concrete and timber to create a functional space for flower production and as a retreat for those seeking natural treatments. The dandelion flowers grown are used as herbal medicine to treat those in need, while simultaneously providing htem with a space to regain their energy and restore their bodies. The minimalistic architecture allows for the plants and the earth to shine through as the main focus of the space.
