Swyft Contributes to the Evolution of Minimalist Flat-Pack Furniture
Kalina Nedelcheva — January 20, 2020 — Art & Design
A London-based start-up Swift has created a flat-pack sofa design that can be easily assembled by just one person. Furthermore, the process of doing so does not require the use of any tools, including your standard Allan key. Instead, owners can just click the pieces that make-up the flat-pack sofa together, thanks to an innovative mechanism that is unique to the company. It is called Swyft-Lok.
This accessible furniture piece is also crafted in correspondence to contemporary design principles, making for a slick and minimalist piece that will elegantly contribute to the ambiance of any space. Swift offers this click-in flat-pack sofa in three models, including a sofa that seats three, a smaller two-seater, as well as an armchair. The piece is offered in a few different colorways.
