Modelo Launches 'Fighting Spirit' Clothing Collection with Centre

Mexican beer brand Modelo has partnered with Texas-based clothing retailer Centre to launch 'Fighting Spirit,' a new streetwear collection that combines the beer brand's Southern-style with Austin's trendy arts and cultural aesthetic.

The collection includes a denim jacket with custom patchwork, a Modelo-branded trucker hat, and a flannel-button up with 'Fighting Spirit' written in yellow on its back. The denim jacket is a definite standout piece, boasting a lion head design on the sleeves on the back and a variety of patchwork, including an embroidered bottle of Modelo.

In addition to offering a range of stylish garments, the collection was made following Centre's sustainable fashion practices. “Our collection with Modelo is one of our favorite projects we’ve ever done, as it allowed us to leverage our Centre Upcycled campaign and refurbish, redesign and customize some nostalgic Texas pieces, including the flannel and denim jacket,” said Nick Sunderman, Founder of Centre.
