Cocktail-Inspired Ice Creams

These New Ekselence Ice Creams are Arriving in Two Flavors

These Ekselence ice creams are being released by the Food Union-owned brand to provide consumers with an alternative option to try out this summer when the temperature rises. The products come in the form of the Ekselence Caramel Piña Colada ice cream and the Ekselence Orange Spritz, which will be launching in Latvia and Norway and Latvia, respectively. The products are each formulated with premium Latvian milk and cream, and are meant to capture the experience of consuming a cocktail for an unexpected flavor experience.

CEO of Food Union Europe Normunds Stanevics spoke on the new Ekselence ice creams saying, "These new ice creams were developed at our innovation centre in Riga, Latvia to perfectly fuse the art of mixology with our ice cream know-how. By putting a modern twist on traditional dairy products enables us to broaden our consumer appeal and give our existing consumers the opportunity to explore new, tantalising flavours.”
