Jacqson Yorkshire Dry Gin is being introduced to consumers as the signature gin spirit from Jacqueline and Sam Dumigan, the mother and son team who created the Jacqson brand.
With the goal of creating an "outstanding dry gin with a contemporary yet traditionally Yorkshire flavor," Jacqson crafted a gin made with locally grown rhubarb and liquorice, as well as other botanicals. These ingredients distilled in a cold vacuum for the purpose of intensifying the flavors of the spirit, which plays an integral part in giving the dry gin spirit its distinctive taste.
Even with the alcohol that they drink, consumers are becoming more conscious about the inclusion of locally sourced ingredients in the products they choose to invest their money in. At the same time, many consumers are becoming interested in rediscovering unique and natural ingredient pairings for the sake of taste and their health.
