One of the finalists in the running for the Lay's Canada 'Do Us a Flavour' contest is Butter Chicken, suggested by Darryl Francispillai, who took inspiration from his own South Asian heritage and the province of Ontario. Other unusual flavors that are in the running for the Lay's Canada Do Us a Flavour contest until the end of September include Cowboy BBQ Beans, Montreal Smoked Meat and PEI Scalloped Potatoes.
