Dash Snow, one of the top emerging US artists, passed away at the young age of 27 years old. His infamous Polaroid series is said to be a “record of places he might not remember the next day.”
Controversial images of a violent and a drug-fueled society were a perfect example of his fast-paced lifestyle. He had an ability to expose human behavior, weaknesses, tragedy, and the irony of it all.
These shocking photos take a grotesque outlook on characters fighting their demons. Dash Snow has had exhibits in many prestigious galleries and museums including The Royal Academy in London and Palais de Tokyo in Paris.
