Cuvée Révolutionnaire by French dealcoholized wine brand Moderato is a new line of premium, alcohol-free wines with cutting-edge technology that was created for pairing with food.
This new line features an aroma recovery technology called True2Aroma that's used during low-temperature vacuum distillation. This proprietary method allows for the aromas to be separated from the extracted alcohol and later added back to the end product.
In this new line, there's a Colombard that's touted as the ideal companion to oysters, tomato carpaccio with fresh basil or homemade tapenade, and a Blanc de Noir that was recognized in the 2023 World Alcohol Free Awards. Soon, this lineup will expand to include a Gros Manseng-Merlot rosé with ripe red fruit notes and a burst of citrus.
