Chaotic Fashion Studio Exhibitions

Virgil Abloh's CUTTING ROOM FLOOR Recreates a Home Studio

Designer Virgil Abloh and luxury retail label SSENSE worked in collaboration once again on a CUTTING ROOM FLOOR exclusive for Fall/Winter 2018. The latest range is comprised of tees, literary pieces, work materials, glossy photographs, conversations, and a variety of graphics printed papers that see unique images and books that represent the designer's creative process. The collection doubles as a display exhibition at SSENSE Montreal, which features a recreation of Abloh's home studio. This collaboration essentially displays what goes on in the designer's brain and the chaotic process of organizing his creative work.

Overall, the CUTTING ROOM FLOOR collection and exhibition paints a visual on Abloh's deepest inspirations and notably includes a self-portrait of the designer.
