The Crow's Nest House was designed by BCV Architects and is located in California. The impressive wood cabin (more like a mansion), focuses on social spaces over private ones, making it an ideal place for having guests over and entertaining.
Moreover, the house has a ski-in and ski-out access to the hill, making it easy to get up in the mornings and hit the slopes. From the outside the house is made mostly from wood, which is quite normal for ski cabins. Glass is used for much of the house too, allowing for people to still have a view of the surrounding areas. This way people can still take in the nature after a day on the hill, without having to worry about being cold.
