For those unfamiliar, corned beef is a classic sandwich that usually consists of salt beef paired with mustard and a pickle. McAlister's Deli's is giving this classic deli staple an Irish twist by putting serving these ingredients in a warm baked potato. The new Corned Beef Spud consists of corned beef, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing, all stuffed inside a large baked potato.
The Corned Beef Spud is a limited-time offering that can be found now through March 17, 2024. McAlister’s Rewards Members also get to enjoy 2x the points when they purchase the Corned Beef Spud or Reuben Sandwich from March 6th to March 20th.
