Salesforce revealed a new Content Management System, which will help users put out material on multiple different channels. The company states that the new Content Management System does not require strong technical expertise to use. Additionally, the new tool allows Salesforce users to produce content that is more personalized.
One of the Salesforce VPs, Anna Rosenman, spoke about the new tool, “Our customers have been asking for a dedicated CMS. The systems that they’ve been relying on so far tend to be legacy tools that are hard to use and built for a single-channel or site.” The new system provides flexible new tools, however, users can still access the legacy tools as needed.
