The structure presents a multi-story design, spread out in three volumes and on a U-shaped plan. The idea was to create a "timeless house that feels as if it has grown from nature itself."

Some main constituents of the building's makeup include honey-toned wood which is exceptionally balanced out by the industrial feel of the black metal and the concrete.
