While there will be many Christmas tarts created this season, there are few that will be as extravagant as these ones created by Georgia Green for VeryFirstTo.
Green is a star baker who has whipped up decadent treats for well-known brands and celebrities, so it's fitting that she took on the task of creating these Rudolph The Ruby-Nosed Reindeer Tarts. Each tart features the friendly face of the Christmas reindeer, made with an indulgent chocolate ganache, caramel filling and a nose made of a real 7.1ct cut, polished and heat-treated ruby. For this reason, the sweets sell for £475 per tart.
When one of the extravagant reindeer tarts is purchased, 10% will be donated to The Prince’s Trust.
