Louis Vuitton Unveils Decadent Treats by Maxime Frédéric

This season, Louis Vuitton introduces a limited collection of gourmet festive creations developed by Pastry Chef Maxime Frédéric, recently recognized as the World’s Best Pastry Chef 2025. Reflecting the Maison’s ongoing exploration of craftsmanship and culinary design, the collection presents a selection of desserts that include a yule log, chocolate sculptures, and a reimagined French king cake—merging tradition with contemporary artistry.

The 'Yule Log' combines hazelnut and lemon for a nuanced balance of richness and brightness, while the 'Chocolate Christmas Trees' offer three variations: milk chocolate with chai-spiced caramel, dark chocolate with candied fruits, and pecan with maple praline. The 'Vivienne Ski,' inspired by Louis Vuitton’s emblematic character, features dark and white chocolate layered with hazelnut praline and crispy gianduja. Concluding the series, the 'King Cake' interprets the galette des rois with caramelized puff pastry and smooth hazelnut frangipane.

Available at Le Café Louis Vuitton in New York, the collection launches November 21, with subsequent releases through January 1.
