Making these delicious chocolate-covered potato chips is super simple and only requires two ingredients. Begin with a bag of ruffled chips. The ruffle-style chips are best for chocolate dipping because the melted chocolate will stick better to the grooved edges. Melt dark chocolate over medium low head and begin to dip each chip half way in the chocolate. Let the chips cool and dip again for a second layer of gooey chocolate. Leaving half the chip plain will create a deliciously contrasting flavor profile between the saltiness of the potato chip and the sweetness of the chocolate.
