Tru Fru's Dark Chocolate-Coated Strawberries are Hyper-Dried

At the Sweets & Snacks Expo, Tru Fru released its Frozen Fresh products, including dark chocolate-coated strawberries. These hyper-dried berries are coated in real dark chocolate, then chilled at -300 degrees Farenheight to provide a tasty anytime snack. This frozen treat helps to make the tried-and-true pairing of strawberries and chocolate accessible as an everyday snack and not just one that's decadent and reserved for special occasions.

Thanks to hyper-chilling, the frozen fruit shares not only great flavor but the natural ripeness and nutritional benefits are preserved after the fruit has been picked at its peak.

At the 2022 iteration of the annual event for confectionery and snack retailers, manufacturers and suppliers, Tru Fru won the Best in Show Award for its Nature's Strawberries Hyper-Chilled Fresh in Ruby Cacao.
