Beer maker Carlsberg has teamed up with think tank 'Sustainia' on a new marketing campaign called 'Cheers to Green.' Other organizations, companies and members of the public are encouraged to participate and offer up new ideas on how to make Carlsberg beer more sustainable.
The ideas must be actionable suggestions that Carlsberg can apply. Some guidelines for the interactive campaign must address the environmental impact of beer, production of raw materials, brewing and transportation. 'Cheers to green' is open to ideas that include innovative packaging ideas and incentivizing recycling, and any other great ideas individuals are willing to offer.
Two awards will be given out to the winners who will receive a cash prize, as well as the chance to work with the beer company and the chance to put its green idea to action.
