The Chanel Chance Studio pop-up recently opened its doors inside the ION Orchard shopping mall in Singapore. The post-COVID retail space was able to launch in light of recent re-opening efforts and the easing of stricter social distancing rules.
The Chanel Chance Studio pop-up celebrates the luxury fragrance with a setup inspired by "the backstage of a dance studio where dancers get ready and made up." The pop-up is home to the vast Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance range and features Instagram-friendly product displays. It is also home to interactive product testing stations, with store personnel allowing visitors to explore after they are asked to sanitize at the entrance point as a safety measure.
With COVID-19 reopening efforts varying globally, regions where re-opening is in full effect are re-investing in interactive brick and mortar spaces. This Chanel store is a great example and creates a memorable shopping experience while keeping customer safety a top priority.
