'Cavi-art' from Plant Based Foods is a vegan caviar product that introduces a flavorful, shelf-stable and sustaunable alternative to the popular luxury product.
The plant-based caviar is made with seaweed and comes in both black, orange and salmon-style varieties. As the Cavi-art products are made without actual fish oil, they won't go rancid and can be used up to three months after opening. The cholesterol-free, low-fat and low-salt caviar alternative is packed with healthy micronutrients, as well as only natural colors and preservatives. Plant Based Foods suggests serving its Cavi-art with everything from canapés and appetizers to potato dishes and sushi.
