Fishwife Added 100% Traceable Caviar to Its Modern Seafood Portfolio

Fishwife entered the seafood market in 2020 and has since made a name for itself by offering a modern take on affordable, nutritious tinned fish, and in 2024 the brand added 100% traceable caviar to its product portfolio. Fishwife's California White Sturgeon Caviar was made possible in partnership with family-owned, ECO-CERT-certified caviar farm and company, Tsar Nicoulai. The traceable caviar from California White Sturgeon is said to have "a buttery, creamy flavor with some nuttiness and a hint of Parmesan."

This caviar is ready to be paired with everything from potato chips and grilled cheese to crème fraîche and chopped chives, and it's packaged in a custom-designed box with a fish-engraved mother-of-pearl spoon.
