The 'Mo Pizza' boasts a 10-inch crust that's made entirely with mozzarella cheese. The all-cheese pizza crust will definitely appeal to cheese lovers, but it was originally developed for those who are conscious of consuming carbs and those with sensitivities to gluten. As Iacopelli says: "I came up with this idea because on my YouTube channel, every week I create a special pizza that doesn’t exist in the world."
At Prova, the carb-free pizza crust is topped with complementary ingredients like basil, cherry tomatoes, oregano, ham and a drizzle of olive oil. From start to finish, the inventive pizza takes at most 10 minutes to create.
