Cannoli-Inspired Pancakes

IHOP recently added a globally inspired item to its menu—Italian Cannoli Pancakes, which offer a new way for consumers to enjoy a twist on a classic pastry treat. Rather than stacking three buttermilk pancakes one atop another, the dish features pancakes that are rolled and stuffed with a filling of sweet Ricotta cream and chocolate. To top off the sweet breakfast creation, IHOP dresses its Italian Cannoli Pancakes with texture-rich cannoli pieces, chocolate chips and a creamy whipped topping.

The creative dish offers a fun way for people of all ages to try a different take on a staple sweet breakfast item and an iconic Italian pastry. IHOP is introducing its Italian Cannoli Pancakes as one of its new International Pancakes.
