Goodman Has Just Unveiled the New Brown & Serve Dinner Rolls

Goodman Gluten Free, the company best known for making gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut-free and soy-free baked goods, has just unveiled a new gluten-free bread product dubbed the 'Brown & Serve Dinner Rolls.'

Goodman's new Brown & Serve Dinner Rolls consist of six substantially sized dinner rolls that can be heated until warm and golden brown in just seven minutes. Like Goodman's other products, the new dinner rolls are gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free. As Bob Goodman, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Goodman Gluten Free explains, "Data showed 87% of consumers are cooking with their families the same amount or more than before the pandemic. At the same time, survey data showed meal preparation time is getting quicker. The dinner roll is a family meal staple, and our Brown & Serve Dinner Rolls enhance the family meal occasion quickly and conveniently.”

The Brown & Serve Dinner Rolls are already available in two major supermarket chains.
