The team behind the plant-based JUST egg patty has teamed up with America's first plant-based burger joint, Next Level Burger, to launch the new 'Brekky Burger.' Not only does the new dish feature a vegan-friendly JUST Egg patty, but the burger is also topped with plant-based meats.
The Brekky Burger is a protein-packed breakfast sandwich that is completely vegetarian. In the middle of the burger is a JUST Egg patty, which made from mung beans and contains more protein than conventional chicken eggs. In addition to the plant-based egg patty, the burger also features a vegan sausage patty, two slices of vegan bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo, all served on a sprouted seven-grain bun.
With a growing number of consumers looking for more plant-based and eco-friendly food options, the Brekky Burger is leading the charge against the status quo.
