The use of electric motors has changed the way people use everything from cars and scooters to bikes and now, the Bosch eStroller is making it easier for parents and caregivers to get around with a young one in tow. The eStroller boasts dual electric motors and sensors to provide assistance, especially when going uphill or downhill, and the system will prevent the stroller from veering off track in any unexpected directions.
Like the power tools from Bosch, the eStroller is equipped with 18V replaceable lithium-ion batteries—and in the case that the battery is drained, the system simply functions like a regular stroller without the electronically powered assistance.
Bosch will be working with partners that will be able to use its innovative platform for their own baby carriers.
