Boosted Boards has already gained much acclaim, but this is set to be taken to the next level thanks to the introduction of this 2nd generation range of electric skateboards.
What's great about these electric skateboards is the fact that they clearly address one of the major deficits of their predecessors -- the fact that their range was fairly modest. The new electric skateboards are fitted with a 99 Wh battery that allows for a range of 11.2 km, but can easily be swapped out for a chunkier 199 Wh battery that offers an increased range of 22 km that is ideal for longer trips.
The improved battery power of these Boosted Boards offerings proves that electric skateboards are evolving from 'last mile' transportation solutions to more regular commuting offerings.
