The 'Book Tower House' project shows the world how it's done when it comes to rustic, brainy and impressive bookshelf designs.

Nestled in a Victorian mid-terraced house in London, this bookworms' wooden haven was designed by Platform 5 Architects to highlight the home owners love for the written word. With such an extensive collection of books, the inventive architects not only built a library for the book lover, they created a double-height wooden oak book tower library wrapped around the vintage staircase.

Designed in the center of the house -- with built-in spotlights on each shelf to highlight each title -- this contemporary and arts-and-crafts-inspired bookshelf design leads to a study with a built-in desk. Yes, it was all thought out. You just find the book you want to cuddle with and take a seat.
