Bluestone Lane Now Offers Daring Plant Chicken on its Menu

Bluestone Lane is officially offering Daring Plant Chicken as an add on or substitute to their signature salads, bowls or sandwiches.

"We are thrilled to begin a partnership with such a well respected restaurant like Bluestone Lane and are honored to be their first plant-based protein offering," said Daring's Founder and CEO Ross Mackay. "We are confident that through this expansion we can show customers just how tasty plant-based swaps can be, and in turn those small changes can make a massive impact."

This option is offered in all of Bluestone Lane’s 25 locations nationwide - it is the first plant-based meat offering at the Australian chain. It will cost $6 to add to dishes that do not already have an animal protein, or an additional $3 to swap in a dish that already contains chicken. Additionally, Bluestone Lane will also unveil a chef-collaborated menu item featuring Daring Plant Chicken at all Cafe locations later in the year.
