The walls of Madrid’s Beach Garbage Hotel are made from materials found in dumps, beaches and flea markets. German artist Ha Schultz resurrected the hotel on the Spanish capital center Plaza de Callao to protest the world's dirty oceans.
Madrid’s Beach Garbage Hotel has been built from 12 tons of rubbish collected from beaches in Spain, Italy, France and Belgium. The five-room art installation was created to coincide with the annual International Tourism Fair, and will close on January 23, 2011.
