Fusion Banh Mi Burgers

BJ's New Banh Mi Turkey Burger is Made with a Sweet Sriracha Crema

BJ’S Restaurant & Brewhouse is expanding its popular lineup of Handcrafted Burgers with the debut of the new Banh Mi Turkey Burger.

Bánh mì is a popular Vietnamese sandwich featuring a savory combination of meats and vegetables served on a baguette. BJ's new Banh Mi Turkey Burger is a hearty take on this iconic sandwich. As part of the Enlightened Entrees menu, the new Banh Mi Turkey Burger combines an all-white-meat turkey patty with jalapeños, pickled vegetables, wasabi guacamole, lettuce, cilantro, and a sweet sriracha crema on a toasted parker house bun. The result is an Asian-inspired sandwich that's just as filling as your average burger.

The new Banh Mi Turkey Burger is also joined by the goat cheese-topped Bistro Burger and the new Mushroom Swiss Burger, which features a roasted garlic aioli.
