Raybern's Pork Bánh Mì Sandwich is Arriving at Costco

The Raybern's Pork Bánh Mì sandwich has been announced by the deli-style sandwich brand as its latest and greatest frozen food product that will offer easy access to Vietnamese cuisine.

The sandwich starts off with the brand's signature bread that's topped with seasoned, thinly sliced roast pork alongside pickled vegetables like carrot, onion, daikon radish, red bell peppers and jalapeños. The sandwich boasts 18-grams of protein per serving, comes individually wrapped and is ready to heat and eat in the microwave. The product is launching at Costco locations in the Pacific Northwest, Los Angeles, Bay Area and Texas areas.

Senior Marketing Manager Lexi Levang spoke on the Raybern's Pork Bánh Mì sandwich saying, "Our Pork Bánh Mì is a tribute to the authentic, layered flavors of traditional Vietnamese sandwiches, made easy for busy days. We wanted to create something that feels adventurous and new, while staying true to the Raybern’s promise of quality, flavor and ultimate convenience.”
