Architecture firm DeDraft designed the AYN3 house, which features five bedrooms and rests on the highest point on its plot nestled in Rural Oxfordshire. Specifically, the home is within Aynhoe Park surrounded by gardens which are designed by Lancelot Capability Brown.
Founder of DeDraft, Grant Straghan explained, "[The house is] a series of stacked rectilinear volumes radiating from a central core featuring slices of varying sizes cut into the external envelope to make the most of vistas out across the impressive historic site." The firm used a plinth of Cotswold stone to ground the AYN3 home and it was created as a low-slung residence. There are three wings that stem from the double-height entrance hall to showcase views in all directions.
