Augustine Kofie may not be the name that comes to you right away when you think about artists, but his work stands on its own as a magnificent piece of art. Simple color, angles and illusion are what makes up these works.

The first thing that jumps out from these images is the way it's painted to look like a 3D painting. This is not always the easiest to do for artists, but Augustine uses varying depths and angles to make his work give off the appearance of having multiple levels.

The second thing that would jump out is the use of colors that complement each other. This isn't the kind of painting that is going to wow you with colors, but each one is carefully curated and as such give off a specific tone piece to piece.
