In an new promotional campaign, AT&T Wireless shows that its users might as well take one of their most annoying, insensitive, indecisive or impulsive friends to the movies with them.
The campaign works to raise awareness for the company's offer on Tuesdays, which allows its loyal consumers and one of their companions to attend for a buy-one-get-one-free deal. The service works in collaboration with AMC and Regal -- two American theater chains. One ad shows a hopeful college student asking out his female crush to the movies on a date, only to have her boyfriend approach and try and take the deal for himself. Another portrays a married man flopping back and forth between deciding if he can go or not, still not giving a clear answer even at the end.
The AT&T Wireless ads are short and to the point, informing its viewers while supplying a humorous dialogue.
